Shipping policy

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Because we do not use any additives or preservatives in our products, we ship our frozen items to be received within 2 days or less. We ship all orders Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to ensure your order arrives promptly and does not experience weekend delays. We will ship your order as soon as possible and your account will be updated via email with tracking information as soon as the status of your order changes.ย  Our goal is for you to have the order to you within 2 days once it leaves our facility.ย 

SHIPPING IS FREE FOR ALL ORDERS

SERVICE AREA

We ship to all 50 states in the United States via UPS and Fed Ex. Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Boxes or international addresses at this time

PACKAGING

Bagels and Soft Pretzel Nuggets are shipped frozen in an insulated shipping box with enough dry ice and frozen ice packs to keep the contents frozen in transit.ย  If product has thawed in transit, simply place the Bagels and/or Soft Pretzel Nuggets into your freezer and prepare from frozen as instructed on the bag.ย 

ORDER TRACKING

Youโ€™ll receive an email notification with a tracking number when your order ships.

NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED

We authorize UPS to leave all packages at the shipping destination without a signature. That way, the recipient doesnโ€™t have to be home to accept it, and frozen goods sit in UPS warehouses
