The sweet, caramelized flavor from slow-cooked onions gives this dip its decadent flavor! This dip takes a little time to make but the flavor is worth the effort. Pair it with the Spicy Buffalo Pretzel Nuggets from The Great Knead and enjoy!

Ingredients

1-2 bags of Soft Pretzel Nuggets

3 Medium Onions, diced

3 Tbsp Butter

8oz Cream Cheese, softened

8oz Sour Cream

1 Tsp Onion Powder
-
2 Tsp Garlic Powder

2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1 Tsp Brown Sugar

2 Tbsp Fresh Chives, chopped

Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
Directions
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over low. Add onions and brown sugar to the pan and stir.
Cook over low heat, stirring every few minutes until onions caramelize, about 30-40 minutes. Remove onions from heat and allow to cool.
In a medium sized bowl mix together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add the onions and the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Serve with The Greater Knead soft pretzel nuggets and veggies on the side.
