Ingredients

¼ cup unsalted butter

¾ cup brown sugar

1 cup chopped pecans, lightly toasted

1 tbsp heavy cream

¼ tsp vanilla extract

¼ tsp salt

¼ cup + 2 tbsp milk chocolate chips

1- 8oz block of cream cheese, softened

½ cup powdered sugar
-
1 bag of classic soft pretzels for dipping
Directions
Add butter to a small saucepan and melt over low heat.
Add in brown sugar and whisk until it dissolves completely. Add the pecans, heavy cream, salt, ¼ cup chocolate chips, and vanilla. Stir to combine.
Remove from heat and let cool completely.
Add the cream cheese and powdered sugar to a mixing bowl. Using a mixer on medium speed, beat together until creamy and smooth.
Use a spatula to fold in the pecan mixture into the cream cheese. Garnish with 2 tbsp chocolate chips.
Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Enjoy with soft pretzels to dip!
