Ingredients

8 oz vegan cream cheese (we recommend Kite Hill chive for a little extra flavor)

1 1/2 cups vegan cheddar cheese, shredded

1 tsp everything bagel seasoning (optional)

The Greater Knead bagels or pretzels for dipping
Directions
In a bowl, mix 8 oz vegan cream cheese, 1 cup of vegan cheddar cheese, and 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning (if using).
Lay out a piece of plastic wrap and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of vegan cheddar cheese in the center.
Place the cream cheese mixture on top of the shredded cheese, then wrap it tightly in the plastic wrap.
Use kitchen string to tie around the ball, creating gentle indentations to mimic the ridges of a pumpkin.
Refrigerate overnight to set.
Before serving, cut the string, unwrap the cheese ball, and add a veggie stem or a small piece of pretzel on top to complete the pumpkin look!
